Extremely communicative. Communication has been top notch, which is greatly appreciated, especially when compared to other daycares. The organization really cares and listens to our concerns as parents, and we’ve never felt judged or afraid to speak up or question things when it came to our daughter’s care.

The teachers are so caring, kind and engaging and the communication between staff and parents was great. I always felt we could reach out to the Tinycare team and expect quick answers and feedback. We also really appreciated how they handled the entire COVID-19 situation.

Whitney

I am the Head Teacher at Dogpatch Infant. I am a Dallas, Texas native, and a lover of the Spanish language. I have a wonderful mother and father, and I am the oldest of three kiddos, my youngest sibling being 11 years old. I started working with children as a teenager at my local church. I also worked as a tutor with the special education department at my high school, and I volunteered as a teacher’s assistant as well. I went to college to study elementary education, and that has led me on a journey of working with children full time in every capacity such as: infant teacher, preschool teacher, nanny, summer camp counselor, drama teacher, teacher’s assistant, babysitter, and much more. I have learned so much in my journey, and look forward to continuing the path of learning and growing as a childcare provider, teacher, and role model.

Kayla

My name is Kayla and I am the Head Teacher in Training at Dogpatch Infant. I started babysitting at the age of fourteen and I have been caring for children for almost 6 years now. I love taking care of kids because I genuinely love kids, I love how they think and how they are not afraid to say what’s on their minds. I just remember a time when I used to be like that, never afraid to just be me and be happy with that. I just want to do whatever I can do to make sure that kids stay with that mentality of unapologetically just being them and proud.

Meet Our Head of Education

Adam

I am Tinycare’s Head of Education, and focus on supporting our teaching teams and family communities across our network. Prior to joining Tinycare in 2020, I was previously an elementary school principal and instructional superintendent, where I worked on innovative school models. My wife and I have a 9 month old at home, so I my focus on early childhood and reaching developmental milestones extends beyond my professional role!
