Caring for you, so you can care for children & families!

We believe that childcare is the most critical and neglected profession in society. We are building a network of modern early childhood programs serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative educators for our rapidly growing teaching team.

If early childhood development is your calling, Tinycare may be the place for you!

A career in childcare, not just a job.

Growth Trajectory

Tinycare is rapidly expanding to new locations, so there is ample room to grow and take on more responsibility and leadership.

I love how Tinycare prioritizes teacher well-being. Our team is so supportive and empowers teachers to focus on what we love — teaching!

Housing for headteachers, so you can live in the communities you serve.

Renting an average one bedroom in San Francisco costs $43,488 per year, after taxes.

With preschool teacher’s salaries averaging a little over minimum wage, we think it’s tragic that early childhood educators can’t afford to live in the communities they serve. Sadly, resulting in many leaving the profession they love.

Our Head Teachers are provided subsidized housing in modern, luxurious apartments in San Francisco, and soon to be other cities!

We accommodate your family’s needs, whether you live alone, with a spouse, and/or have children.

Protecting lives & livelihoods during COVID-19.

As we prepare for a new normal and shelter-in-place is lifted, we want to make sure our entire staff and families feel 100% safe and comfortable working at Tinycare. We are going above and beyond CDC and SF Department of Public Health policies:

  1. Access to tests and antibody tests

  2. Access to PPE - gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, etc

  3. 14 days paid sick leave if you are positive with COVID-19

  4. Smaller ratios and class sizes so less transmission risk

  5. We were proud to keep everyone on payroll during this past shelter-in-place wave with reduced hours
