Jennifer
My name is Jennifer and I’m the Head Teacher at Mission Bay Infant. I grew up in Southern California. I have been working in child development for over 15 years now. I started when I was 18. I have worked with children from birth to adolescents, ranging from public, private ,and special education. My most meaningful experiences have been in Reggio and Montessori programs, which is what I’m basing my program on. In my off time, I love to read, explore the city, and travel.

Hello! I’m Ms Heather and I’m originally from Southern California. I have three children and two grandchildren. I love to craft and read in my spare time. I have worked professionally with children since 2003 and have spent time working with children on the autism spectrum and also children in preschool. I would say my teaching style is very hands-on, I love to do different activities with the children.

I am Tinycare’s Head of Education, and focus on supporting our teaching teams and family communities across our network. Prior to joining Tinycare in 2020, I was previously an elementary school principal and instructional superintendent, where I worked on innovative school models. My wife and I have a 9 month old at home, so I my focus on early childhood and reaching developmental milestones extends beyond my professional role!
